Newby questions; sorry.

How hard is it to find a top-notch 40′ GN trailer that keeps the max truck/trailer length within 65′? Would it take a special order to keep the gooseneck about a half-foot shorter?

Admittedly I haven’t done much research yet or made any phone calls to the manufacturers. But from what I have came across, it looks like the Ford Super Duty Crew Cabs like I will use (2010) would have about a 6″ over-length problem with a stock long-bed installed.
