You will find 80+ year old general aviation pilots and more than that running rigs in the south from time to time.

Now what issues begin is when someone is 18 and wants to drive, finds out that is possible. I don’t know nor am I current on that end of the spectrum but generally 21 year old for OTR and at least 25 year old for Hazmat etc.
