It will probably be fine as long as your batteries are in good shape, and if you have 4 main batteries, that’s even better. I would not worry running it up to about 12-14 hours and having to start at or above 25 degrees F but you would not be running it on cool nights, however, the little electric heat blowers will pull considerably more power but hopefully you have a fuel powered bunk heater and these are fine to run up 12-15 hours in typical cases with mediocre batteries and cold starting down to at least 15F.

Run it 8 hours and start the truck. As long as it has it’s normal strong crank, you’re fine for at least double that time.
